Gated yards with 24/7 controlled access

A gate is only worth having if it stays shut to everyone else and opens for you at four in the morning.

Plenty of yards are gated in the sense that there is a gate. Fewer control who comes through it, record when they did, and still let you in outside office hours. Those three things pull in opposite directions, and how a site resolves them is the difference between security you can work around and security that works around you.

Ours is built so that access is tight and convenient at the same time: entry is controlled and logged, but it runs on your own gate code twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. Nobody needs to be on site to let you in, and there is no slot to book.

Controlled, not just locked

A padlock and a shared key is not access control — it is a key that has been copied more times than anyone can count, held by people who left two years ago. Controlled entry means each person has their own credential, you know which one opened the gate and when, and a credential can be switched off the day someone hands their van back.

That matters most when a team changes. Removing one code takes seconds; recovering every copy of a key never really finishes.

Why 24/7 is the part that gets cut

Out-of-hours access is the first thing a site drops, because staffed opening is expensive and unattended opening is only safe if the rest of the security is real. It is also the thing trades and fleets need most — the early start, the late return, the emergency call-out at the weekend.

  • Load up before six without booking a slot
  • Return a van at midnight without calling anyone
  • Weekend and bank holiday access as standard
  • Emergency call-outs don't wait for Monday
  • Drivers collect and drop on their own schedule
  • No gatehouse hours to plan your day around
